How it works

From decision to Decision Card in five steps.

You do the first two. We do the rest — and a named human signs before anything ships.

  1. You

    Tell us the decision

What you’re deciding, why now, who it affects, and what you’ve already tried.

  2. You

    Choose your focus area

One focus area per Brief — it sets which six supporting documents you get and what “good” looks like.

  3. Research

We gather and grade the evidence

Sourced, dated evidence for every claim — never invented, never uncited.

  4. Named verifier

    A named human stress-tests it

Six adversarial angles, then every decision-critical and high-impact claim is personally re-checked by the verifier before signing.

  5. 48-hour target

    You get the Decision Card

One page you can act on — the rest of the Brief backs it up.

Every Brief includes

Thirteen things, every time.

No tiers, no upsell inside the Brief. The same thirteen, grouped by the question they answer.

The decision

An answer you can act on

  • A signed five-part Decision Card: recommendation, why, don’t, test next, watch
  • An options matrix, including the do-nothing option
  • A check of the key assumptions — your decision’s real risk register
  • An adversarial stress-test across six angles
  • A 90-day action plan for your chosen lens

The evidence

Everything that backs it

  • One focus area of six supporting documents — you choose which at intake
  • A note confirming your focus area fits the decision (or why another fits better)
  • An evidence appendix — every claim, sourced and graded
  • A printable, board-ready PDF

The accountability

A name on the line

  • A named human verifier’s signature and disclosure page
  • The 30-Day Honest Verdict Guarantee
  • One upgrade credit toward a Go-to-Market Build (15 days, full fee)
  • Confidential by default — mutual NDA on request

Proof of process · Redacted real engagement

One real run, walked through.

Anonymised from our first live Decision Brief — the underlying client is not named; every step below is real.

  1. Question

What audience segment, differentiation claim, and proof architecture should the client’s landing page and GTM messaging commit to, given real market, competitive, and regulatory conditions?

  2. Evidence

Sourced, dated market and competitive evidence — graded, not assumed — including a dated gap left by two incumbents in a specific high-risk, cross-border segment.

  3. Conflict

The wedge that best exploited the market gap also carried real reputational association risk — the Brief did not soften that tension to make the recommendation feel cleaner.

  4. What we refused to certify

Claims the evidence didn’t support were left out of the Decision Card entirely, rather than softened into a hedge — a Brief that’s wrong less often is more useful than one that reads more confidently.

Capacity

We accept five Decision Briefs a week. A sixth is queued, not turned away — its 48-hour target clock starts the moment it’s accepted into that queue, not when you submitted it.

The clock can pause on our side too — sources we can’t reach, material you said you’d send that hasn’t arrived, a delay on your end, or a decision that turns out to need more than this Brief covers (we’ll quote a scoped extension rather than guess). A legal or security restriction on the material can also hold it. We’ll always tell you which one, and when.

We'd already closed a small round on this deck, so I thought it was fine. The Release Assurance report came back and it wasn't harsh or vague — it was just specific. Three claims I thought were solid had either no primary source or were citing data from 2018. One of them was the headline number on the deck cover. We fixed everything, went back, and closed £100,000 from an investor who'd previously passed. I still think about how close we came to walking into that meeting with a deck we couldn't defend.

We brought ThriveFinity in before we'd published a single piece of content. I wanted search to be a proper acquisition channel from day one — not something we figured out two years in. They designed the whole strategy, built the cluster structure, even created a content track around ERC-8004 that nobody else was covering. Sixteen months later we're ranking top 5 for self-hosted crypto gateway terms and getting traffic from 130 countries. Starting right matters more than I expected.

Honestly, I thought our GTM was fine. We were getting enquiries, we had a clear service, the market felt right. The Strategic Intelligence report [now part of Decision Brief] showed us we were speaking to the right people but framing it completely wrong — we were positioning on quality and price when our target clients were actually buying on outcomes and risk reduction. We rebuilt the whole pitch around what the report found. The conversion went up. But more than the number, I finally felt like I understood why some deals were closing and others weren't.

Scope, stated plainly

What you give, what we do, what comes back.

You provide

  • One decision, stated as a question, and why it is live now
  • What you believe today, and what would change your mind
  • Evidence you already hold — even if it is thin
  • Your focus area: GTM & Growth · Positioning & Messaging · Offer, Pricing & Conversion

ThriveFinity does

  • Run the four intelligence pillars — market, audience, competitive, trend — and grade every source
  • Reconcile the pillars, challenge the contested findings, and write the one-sentence positioning statement
  • Produce the six artifacts your focus area calls for
  • A named verifier re-checks the evidence on a risk basis and signs

You receive

  • The 7-block Decision Card on page one
  • Six lens artifacts, an evidence appendix, and the claim ledger
  • A 90-day roadmap and an experiment backlog
  • Signed PDF, 48-hour target from intake acceptance

Decision Brief is not

  • A guarantee that the recommended direction will work. It is the best-supported option, with its assumptions named.
  • Questions that need primary research to answer honestly. If the Brief hits that wall we say so and stop — we do not fill the gap with inference.
  • More than one decision per Brief. A second decision is a second Brief.
  • Building the thing — site, deck, outbound. That is Go-to-Market Build
  • Brand identity, naming, or visual design.

If you are unsure which service fits, start with a free signal and we will route you — or ask.

FAQ

Questions Teams Ask Before Starting a Brief

What is a Decision Brief?
A signed, evidence-graded answer to one specific decision — a five-part Decision Card (recommendation, why, don’t, test next, watch) backed by six supporting documents for the focus area you choose, an evidence appendix, and a named human verifier’s signature. One fixed price (£499 plus applicable taxes), 48-hour target.
What is a focus area, and why do I have to pick one?
A focus area (we call it a lens) sets which six supporting documents your Brief produces — GTM & Growth, Positioning & Messaging, or Offer, Pricing & Conversion. One decision rarely needs all three at once, and a Brief that tried to cover everything would be shallow everywhere. Pick the lens that matches the decision in front of you; if your intake suggests a different lens fits better, we’ll tell you before we start.
How fast is delivery?
48 hours is the target, and the clock starts when your intake is accepted — not when you submit it. We accept five Briefs a week; a sixth is queued and its clock starts on acceptance, not on request.
Is every claim in the Brief checked by a human?
Every claim in the Brief is sourced, dated and graded. Every decision-critical and high-impact claim is personally re-checked by the verifier before signing. The client-facing claim ledger lists the claims tagged decision-impact medium or above, each with its verification status.
Who signs the Brief?
A named human verifier — not “our team,” not an anonymous AI. Their name is on the disclosure page. If they won’t sign it, it doesn’t ship.
What if the Brief is wrong?
The 30-Day Honest Verdict Guarantee applies: show us one unsupported claim or factual error within 30 days and we refund you in full. Refunds processed within 5 business days.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. A Build Verdict credits its full fee toward a Decision Brief within 15 days of delivery, and a Decision Brief credits its full fee toward a Go-to-Market Build within 15 days of delivery — one credit per order, void if the source deliverable is refunded.
Is this the same as Go-to-Market Build?
No. The Go-to-Market Build is a 10-day, fixed-scope execution engagement — it rebuilds your site, deck and outbound. A Decision Brief (48-hour target) is a decision, not a build: one Decision Card backed by evidence, so you know what to do before you commit the budget to build it.
What happens if my intake doesn’t match my chosen lens?
We check every intake against the focus area you chose. If the evidence points at a different lens, we tell you before work starts — you can switch or confirm your original choice with a short reason. Either way, nothing proceeds silently.
