There are four services: Offer Validation, Release Assurance, Decision Brief and the Go-to-Market Build, plus three free checks.

You get a decision you can check, not just an output. Every recommendation is graded against named, dated sources, the strongest case against it is written down, and a named person signs it. When you need the output too, the Go-to-Market Build produces the website pages, sales deck and email sequence on the same evidence.

Four categories are refused at intake, before payment: disinformation dressed as research, investment advice, deceptive persuasion patterns, and regulated medical, legal or safety determinations.

No. The usual journey is Validate, Verify, Plan, Build, but you can start at any step. Moving up from a Build Verdict to a Decision Brief, or from a Decision Brief to a Go-to-Market Build, within 15 days of delivery credits the full fee you paid.

Three automated first reads, with no card needed: the Offer Signal for an offer, the First Signal for your claims or positioning, and the AI Visibility Signal for what AI assistants say about you. Each takes about five minutes to fill in, and results arrive in under an hour. They are unsigned.

A named verifier has read the deliverable, checked the reasoning and the sources, and put their name to it. If they will not sign it, it does not ship. Free checks and the automated Validation Brief are unsigned.

Yes. We accept five Decision Briefs a week. Further requests are queued, and the 48-hour clock starts when each one is accepted.

It depends on the service: your offer and pricing, the asset to be checked, or the decision you are weighing, plus any evidence you already hold. The engagement process page sets out what to send for each.

Turnarounds are fixed per tier. Tell us your deadline when you get in touch at om@thrivefinity.uk or through the contact page, and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.

Every claim in scope is checked against its source and marked verified, failed or unverifiable. Every decision-critical and high-impact claim is personally re-checked by the verifier before signing, and the deliverable states which claims received a full human re-check.

Every price is published on the pricing page. All payments are one-time; there are no subscriptions.

No. Every price excludes tax, which is added at checkout. Prices in GBP are plus applicable taxes; prices in INR are plus 18% GST. Business buyers outside India usually pay no tax, because the reverse charge applies.

Through a secure Razorpay payment link; no card is stored on file. The Go-to-Market Build is paid in two parts: 50% to start and 50% on delivery.

Yes. The Validation Brief fee counts towards a Build Verdict. A Build Verdict’s full fee counts towards a Decision Brief, and a Decision Brief’s full fee counts towards a Go-to-Market Build, if you upgrade within 15 days of delivery. One credit per order, non-transferable, and void if the earlier deliverable is refunded.

Show us one unsupported claim or factual error in a paid, human-signed deliverable within 30 days and we refund you in full, up to the fee paid. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Free checks and the automated Validation Brief carry no refund guarantee. Full terms are in the refund policy.

Confirmed errors are corrected publicly on our errata page, separately from any refund. We do not silently edit delivered reports.

Yes. Everything you send is confidential from the moment it arrives, and is never shared, published or referenced without your written consent. A mutual NDA is available on paid tiers.

On EU infrastructure, for 90 days by default. It is processed by the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy. Deletion requests are confirmed within 72 hours and completed within one calendar month at the latest.

Yes, to speed up research and drafting. A named person reads the sources, tests the reasoning and signs. Each paid deliverable says which steps used AI; see our AI transparency policy.
